Super bowl Ranch Twice Baked Potatos

The easiest twice baked potato’s ever! Thanks again to my sister Nadia for her recipe.


Ingredients

4 large russet potatos

1 cup of Sour cream

1 cup of Milk

2 tbsp Ranch powder seasoning

2 tbsp of room temperature butter

A handful of diced Green onions

Cheddar cheese as the end garnish

Parsley as end garnish


Directions

1) bake the potatos until a knife can easily be inserted. 1 hr at 400fh (205 Celsius)


2) let cool for 10-15 mins before slicing them all in half and scooping the inside out and placing the skin shells on a baking sheet.


3) with a fork or spoon, mash the potatos and add the seasoning and extra ingredients and mix well until you reach a nice consistency.



4) fill the shelled potato skins with the filling and top with cheddar cheese.

5) broil at 400fh (205 Celsius) until the cheese has melted to your liking. Then add the parsley and serve!


Enjoy for any game night or family night, this is an easy side dish the whole family will enjoy!
