Homemade Meatballs | Tender & Juicy
There are so many ways to make them! today we will show you meatballs cooked in a marinara sauce.

Ingredients
780 grams of your choice of minced meat (we used veal)
2 whole eggs
italian style bread crumbs (about 3/4 - 1 cup)
1 cup of milk
directions
add to a bowl the minced meat
beat the eggs and pour over meat
add 2-3 handfuls of bread crumbs
add 1 cup of milk
mix all by hand, as you will be able to feel the consistency you are aiming for which is not too wet nor too dry.

if needed add a bit more bread crumbs (or milk)
once you have a good consistency where they are still wet and ,moist yet hold a shape- make your desired size meatballs (try to make them as even as you can for cooking time)
then you simply add them to an already simmering pot of marinara sauce and lower them in carefully not to splash and get burned.

give a light stir to insure they are all submerged in the sauce. semi cover lid and cook on low for about 60-90 mins.
you will go back every now and then to check on them and give a gentle stir.

once done, remove them from the sauce with a slotted spoon and place on a serving dish.

you will be left with the most tender and flavourful meatballs ever! perfect as a side dish- a meatball sub sandwich or mash them up for a lasagna!
