This easy yet elegant looking appetizer (that can probably be served as a dessert), is made with phyllo dough, layered with Brie cheese, cranberry sauce and nuts drizzled with honey 🍯. They are so pretty and a breeze to make and assemble.

A simple scrumptious appetizer that is perfect Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Holidays !

4 tablespoons of melted butter(for brushing the phyllo dough sheets)

Honey 🍯 for drizzling

3) Cut the stack into rectangles (4”x4” / 10.15 cm x 10.15 cm). Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4) Bake in a preheated oven at 375 F (190 C) for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and light golden brown. we ended up going a tad too golden. Assemble straight away to keep warmth.
