Easy Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix!

This is a rich, creamy hot chocolate mix made with simple pantry ingredients. Because it uses powdered milk, it’s extra smooth and cozy—especially when mixed with warm milk.
Ingredients
2 cups powdered milk → about 240 g
3/4 cup cocoa powder → about 75 g
1/4 cup confectioners (powdered) sugar → about 30 g
1/4 cup granulated white sugar → about 50 g
How to Make
1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.

2. Whisk thoroughly until evenly combined and lump-free.

3. Transfer to a mason jar or airtight container
for storage.

How to Use
1. Start with 1 tablespoon (about 8–10 g) per cup of hot water or warm milk.

2. Stir well and add more, 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired flavor and richness.

Tip
Using warm milk instead of water makes it extra creamy, since the mix already contains powdered milk ☕✨
So, this recipe makes about 3¼ cups (≈395 g) and fits best in a quart-size Mason jar. Quart jar (32 oz / 4 cups) → perfect fit
It will fill most of the jar and leave a little space at the top for shaking or stirring.
