Chocolate Cluster Bites (leftover easter chocolate ideas)

very simply!
whatever chocolate you have leftover-chop it
add to a heat resistant bowl and place the bowl over a pot filled with water that is simmering (be careful never to get any drops of water in the chocolate as you can ruin the texture)
the chocolate will melt in a few mins- keep stirring occasionally-
Note that you can add a touch of coconut oil to the melted chocolate for a shinier finish ✨
once fully melter- you can add anything you like (we added a variety of different nuts and dried fruit as seen in our YouTube video linked below )
spoon into little paper cups and let set in the fridge for about 30-45 mins or until solid-
then add to a serving dish or use as a garnish- how beautiful these will pop on a tray filled with an assortment of cookies.
