How to make Nutella Croissant Cookies

Here is a quick and easy recipe on how to make a delicious nutella croissant shaped cookies.
INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST
3 cups of flour (360 grams)
2 sticks of unsalted room temperature cubed butter (227 grams)
1 block of room temperature cubed cream cheese (250 grams)
Directions
1) Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until well blended (dough will form up along the sides).

2) Take the dough and work it with your hands just enough to form one large piece, then wrap it up in plastic wrap and in the fridge it goes for one hour until you are ready to use it.

3) An hour has passed, you can now take the dough out from the fridge- and let/s get rolling!

4) Roll the dough out to 1/8 inch cut into even triangular shapes- or even squares, whatever size you desire!

5) Place a small amount of nutella on the corner of the cut out dough and roll into the crescent shape- we used an espresso spoon to measure the scoop.

6) Place on a baking sheet (note these cookies do not rise as there is no baking soda in the dough!) so they can be placed close to each other.
Also, you do not have to grease your tray but you can do so if you wish!

7) Bake at 350 for about 25-30 mins or until golden brown ! these cookies freeze easily in ziplocks for up to 3 months!

ENJOY :)
A special thank you to my late Zia (Aunt) Josie, may she rest in peace, for teaching my mom this dough recipe! I can still remember the baking days of us all in the kitchen working with this dough.
Nancy & Franca thank for for checking this recipe out,
