3 Ingredient Homemade Chocolate & Vanilla Ice Cream

A simple ice cream base and from here you can add whatever else you want to it!


Ingredients vanilla ice cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml)

1 carton of 35% heavy whipping cream(473 ml)

A splash of vanilla extract


Ingredients chocolate ice cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml)

1 carton of 35% heavy whipping cream(473 ml)

A splash of vanilla extract

3 tsp of cocoa powder or as little or as much as you like!.


Note you can also fold in melted chocolate if you do not wish to use cocoa powder.


Directions vanilla ice cream

1) whip together the full container of whipped cream with vanilla extract.

2) Once cream is whipped thick, add the full can of condensed milk and mix until combined.

3) Add mixture to a freezer safe bowl and place in the freezer. This should take about 3 hrs to be a perfert texture to scoop and enjoy.

Attn: follow the same above steps for the chocolate ice cream, you will simply just add the cocoa powder at step 2 after the initial whipping is done, and then follow to step 3.

Add on’s once base is whipped and combined can be chocolate chips , frozen or fresh fruits, drizzle of sauces like strawberry or caramel etc that you would fold into the base and top it off before placing in the freezer to set.


You can also blend in some fruit to add flavour to the base and then fold in some chunks of fruit for texture! Endless possibilities for you and your taste buds to explore 😋
