Triple Chocolate Red Wine Fudge Brownie's. A must try decadent dessert.

This has got to be the most decadent, fudgy chocoliest dessert ever! With a kick 🍷 and it is so easy to make!

Ingredients

1 cup White sugar 200 grams

1 cup Brown sugar not packed 160 grams

1 cup Melted salted butter 100 grams

1 tbsp Vanilla extract 15 ml

3 eggs

1 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 150 grams

3/4 cup All purpose flour 90 grams

1/2 cup Red wine 125 ml

3/4 cup Dark chocolate or semi sweet 100 grams

3/4 cup White chocolate 100 grams

Chocolate Ganash ingredients

1/4 cup 35% cream 65 ml

1/2 cup bakers chocolate 65 grams

Directions

Start by mixing your sugar , butter and vanilla together until well blended. Then add 1 egg at a time, mixing well before adding the next.

Now you want to mix that until you get a nice whipped butter consistency that is more airy and fluffy (1-2 mins)

Next you want to slowly incorporate the cocoa and flour until well combined. Be sure to mix on low speed when incorporating the dry ingredients.

Finally you want to add the star ingredient, the RED WINE 🍷 yum! This pairs so well with chocolate 🍫 and smells devine during the baking! It is the perfect hint of wine with every bite. Be sure to mix and incorporate everything well! Scrape the bowl to be sure.

And lastly you want to fold in your chocolate chunks!

Once all is mixed well you will add it into your greased and parchment lined 8X8 baking dish and smooth it out with a spatula.

Its now ready to bake in the oven at 350 degrees FH (180 celsius) for 45-60 mins or until it passes the toothpick test.

⏰ At the halfway point, remove from oven to smack down on counter 2-3 times …. It removes tiny air pockets, giving you a more dense batter, which translates to fudgy, decadent rich brownies.

✏️Toothpick test: you do not want the toothpick to come out wet, nor completely dry… you are looking for some moist crumbs/ smear to appear. So that once cooled you will have a rich and fudgy like consistency that not to worry is fully cooked through!

Now lets make chocolate ganache.

Very simple, warm up the cream and pour over top of your finely chopped chocolate, the finer the chocolate the easier it melts. Cover your heat proof bowl with a lid or plate and let it sit there a few mins to melt, then with a spatula you can mix it up.

Once the brownie has fully cooled (a good hour minimum) on a wire rack you can then pour the chocolate ganache over top and decorate.

Give the ganache time to set fully in the fridge 2-3 hrs before slicing in and enjoying.

We hope you give this one a try , especially If you are a 🍫chocolate lover !!❣️
